   Success after at least 6 months of trying to get off YP’s site and out of my subcription. On my credit card statement there is an 800#…1-866-458-8744. I had tried it before and the option to cancel just said to cancel online, but since I had finally deleted my profile last April, there was no way I could cancel online and I was still being charged each month. So…I tried this # one more time and tried option #1 which was tech support and amazingly enough, there was an option to talk to a customer service representative. I got right through, explained my situation and cancelled my subcription. I also confirmed that my profile in fact had been deleted, she had the exact date, and confirmed that my yahoo groups account would be uneffected!!!!

   Because Yahoo makes it sooo hard to work with them and so expensive as well, I have FIRED YAHOO!

   I moved my e-store to http://www.flashecoom.com. I did this for many reasons, but the best is that I have a toll free customer service phone number, and a REAL PERSON answers and is helpful, curteous, and resolves my issue faster that Yahoo could even send me an automated response to an email inquiry (because they would not answer the phone).

   I also am no longer paying a percentage of my sales as Yahoo charges their e-store customers.

   If you are as frustrated as I was, fire Yahoo. I did, and I have never looked back!

   Yep. I have had connie4horses 4 years and now for the past 10 days I cannot even get access 2 my mail or a toll free number, a tech. chat or NOTHING….this sucks and I am a business person with both of my e-mails. Even my friend who is in the computer biz cannot figure or get 2 anyone 2 help.

   The phone number for customer support is worthless. It’s just an automated recording listing all the URLs for all of your ebay issues.
   No real people to talk to. Not even an option.

   Good luck in getting any customer support through ebay. I have been trying to get a number that actually works with no success. These numbers above do not work either.

   I have reported them to the better business bureau for their lack of support. Hopefully I can get enough people to stop using them and use other companies instead!

   THE NUMBERS TO EBAY DO’NT WORK THEY JUST RECYCLE YOU BACK TO LIVE HELP GARBAGE AND AS MY FRIEND ABOVE SAID TELL YOU URL’S( AS IF YOU DID’NT KNOW HOW TO GO ONLINE AND HELP YOURSELF) AND WHEN YOU PRESS FOR THE OPERATOR, AFTER 10 MINUTES HE COMES ON AND INSTANTLY AND FORWARDS YOU TO THE LIVE HELP… AND ON ..AND ON .. TILL YOU GO CRAZY! ITS ALL A LOOP THAT GOES NOWHERE…EBAY SUCKS IT!!

     I have been ignored by Ebay for over 6 months attempting to get a credit of $59.99 that I was told I would get. I have spoken to 6 customer service and billing reps to no avail!! I have been a member for 9 years and was buying and selling. When I was transfered to billing the last time and not only are they ignoring refund, they can not manage the cancelling of “picture maker” that I was being, billed for for the entire time of communication with Ebay!!!! Every month I get an automated message that I have an invoice, and every month they can’t manage to cancell my subscription for that program. I think all of them are 1st class idiots. Do you have a magic phone number that can call and possibly speak to someone that even remotely know about ebay?

    hey. I called the customer service center but was unable to asnwer my question. I had chcked my photos that were in my briefcase a little ways back. Now it’s like they all disappeared. I want my pictures back! where’d they all go? I used to know how to get there to view them, but they’re is only 7 of them there. I had tons more! (in mail attatchments) Please help!

    ive had 6 yaho id’s stolen by script kiddies using password crackers and booting programs and i cant do nothing about it.wonder if thier sponsors would like to know how bad thier customer service is? maybe i should start emailing them and telling them that scince they work with suck a crappy company who dosent care about its customers that i will take my buisness elsewhere.

    you have t oreplace that yahoo! phone number listed in here or this site may haven’t updated the number just yet. of course yahoo! has a toll free number w/ is 8665627219.. try it that’s their trunk line, just have to follow the menu prompts to get the correct dept

    Ebay owes me money! I’ve messaged customer service 3 times with no response. They owe me money and my seller account balance is still at -$8.20 when I’ve already paid for it. They said I would be credited back but instead they keep taking money from me. EBAY YOU SUCK!

    We ALL need to call the numbers below and leave as MANY messages as possible. EBAY may not return our phone calls, but they will have to weed through these messages. Here are some numbers where you can leave
    messages for the people that work there.

    If you call 1-888-749-3229 (paypals) for ebay you can tell them you want to be connected by someone’s name. We here found some working names and extensions to try:

    Luis Martinez

    There are other Martinez, Millers, and Smiths Reed, we just need to try new first names work. Let me know if you can try some other names and come up with other places to leave messages. By the way-the guy above said it correctly.

      Ebay suspended my acct. I had paid all sellers, there was no reason to do this.
      Now however, trying to contact them by phone email or chatmail to get to the root of problem has been unsuccessful.
      Their customer service is very poor.
