goat cheese and onion arts 

I am always searching for easy, tasty food with a “wow” factor.  Here’s my new treat.  I used pre-made puffy pastry shells and filled them with goat cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms.  They are savory, buttery, and addictive.  I used this recipe as a basic guide and then just adapted it to the individual shells.
