Success after at least 6 months of trying to get off YP’s site and out of my subcription. On my credit card statement there is an 800#…1-866-458-8744. I had tried it before and the option to cancel just said to cancel online, but since I had finally deleted my profile last April, there was no way I could cancel online and I was still being charged each month. So…I tried this # one more time and tried option #1 which was tech support and amazingly enough, there was an option to talk to a customer service representative. I got right through, explained my situation and cancelled my subcription. I also confirmed that my profile in fact had been deleted, she had the exact date, and confirmed that my yahoo groups account would be uneffected!!!!
Because Yahoo makes it sooo hard to work with them and so expensive as well, I have FIRED YAHOO!
I moved my e-store to http://www.flashecoom.com. I did this for many reasons, but the best is that I have a toll free customer service phone number, and a REAL PERSON answers and is helpful, curteous, and resolves my issue faster that Yahoo could even send me an automated response to an email inquiry (because they would not answer the phone).
I also am no longer paying a percentage of my sales as Yahoo charges their e-store customers.
If you are as frustrated as I was, fire Yahoo. I did, and I have never looked back!

Yep. I have had connie4horses 4 years and now for the past 10 days I cannot even get access 2 my mail or a toll free number, a tech. chat or NOTHING….this sucks and I am a business person with both of my e-mails. Even my friend who is in the computer biz cannot figure or get 2 anyone 2 help.
The phone number for customer support is worthless. It’s just an automated recording listing all the URLs for all of your ebay issues.
No real people to talk to. Not even an option.
Good luck in getting any customer support through ebay. I have been trying to get a number that actually works with no success. These numbers above do not work either.
I have reported them to the better business bureau for their lack of support. Hopefully I can get enough people to stop using them and use other companies instead!
