Fish, octopus, squid, ox tongue, sweet potato, fried eggplant, crab, corn, rice, wasabi, shrimp, eel, noodle, chicken wing, miso, and cactus. Those may not sound like appetizing ice cream flavors, but it’s what they’ve got.
