As a parent whose kids watch Noggin a lot, I was relieved to see that Viacom and Time Warner worked things out. On Noggin all day on Dec. 31, Viacom had an annoying scrolling message that would intermittently appear asking viewers to call Time Warner and demand that the channel be kept. Yeah, like I'm going to help you fight your stupid battle that you shouldn't even be having.
