This thread says you can get booze and ice cream in the same joint! Places to know in NYC: Otto, The Chocolate Room (beer & wine only?), ChikaLicious, Clinton Street Baking Company, BLT Burger, Homer’s, and Liquor & Ice Cream.

Tis true about the Chocolate Room—second Brooklyn location is opening up soon, too. Mostly wine, but they often carry a Brooklyn Brewery Chocolate Stout, too.
Chikalicious is champagne, dessert wines, dry varietal wines and beer. Chikalicious Puddin (across the street) has the best granny smith sorbet in Manhattan.
