		<description>Be careful with AT&amp;T&#039;s plan - I almost activated it for a trip, but I found out that they don&#039;t charge you based on when you actually use the phone, but when they get billed by the foreign data / cell provider. So, you need to pay for the international features for at least 3 months to ensure you get the proper billing rate - not very convenient for a 1-week trip.</description>

One other note -- it&#039;s pro-rated, depending on the date of your billing, so if you sign up on the 20th of the month you may only pay $8.00 (for the last 10 days), but you&#039;ll also only get a fraction of the 20MB bandwidth to use until the next month starts.</description>
