I&#039;m no librarian, but I&#039;ve been in the academy a long enough time to know that I agree with you Casey.  There has always been a struggle by people to control how/what others learn, thankfully I don&#039;t think that this is the case here... at least not consciously  I think here we someone trying to make sure the computers are put to good use, but is unable to figure out how to define what good use is.</description>
