		<description>I suspect that figuring out what is blocked is impossible these days. It is common for systems and network admins to place blind faith in programs that lock out sites using a series of rules that amount to "I know the bad stuff when I see it". 

It is a mistake to presume that a lot of thought goes into these rules -- I know of an instance where material containing the word "document" got blocked because it contained the substring "cum". If anyone has a website on the same IP as you and puts the wrong words on their page, all connections to the server might be dropped.</description>
