I have spoken to 6 customer service and billing reps to no avail!! I have been a member for 9 years and was buying and selling. When I was transfered to billing the last time and not only are they ignoring refund, they can not manage the cancelling of "picture maker" that I was being, billed for for the entire time of communication with Ebay!!!! Every month I get an automated message that I have an invoice, and every month they can't manage to cancell my subscription for that program. I think all of them are 1st class idiots. Do you have a magic phone number that can call and possibly speak to someone that even remotely know about ebay?
