		<description>Do you have a manual on how to create and maintain the webpages?  Over the years I have worked in at least 4 different web designing programs, and this if by far the most UNuser friendly web design program I have worked in.  You say it&#039;s easy to use by even the least technically saavy person.  I disagree.  As far as I can tell a person has to be a tech genius to work in this program.
