		<description>This is a bit like asking “how many skyscrapers have been built by wrecking balls?”

Military action of any kind takes place in the larger framework of National Strategy. 
To honestly answer this question, we need to ask:
Was it our National Strategy to create “a democratic government, respectful of human rights” in all of those countries? 
How many of those countries now enjoy a such a government? 
How many others are heading in that direction?
