Yea, there are a few Parkour groups in Vancouver BC. Of course there are a lot more all throughout Canada but I’m more familiar with the ones in Vancouver. Check out the website:

I myself are a free runner I’ve been studying free running and have had One person interested in it and were both very good at it. my name is Paul aka free bird thats what people call me I am 13 years old. My friend that does free running with me his name is Devin he is 14 years old. I do encourage many to do free running and I want to thank David Belle for creating it he freakin awesome
Devin is very good at running up the wall and on the side of it. Im good at gap jumping and running on the side of the wall. Remeber are names Paul aka free bird
13 years old and Devin aka tcannon (tough cannon) age 14 years old. We will have pictures soon of us doing free running so look for them they will probably be called tcannon and free bird. tell your friends about us and David Belle and try to tell them about free running. spread are names and the sport thank you remeber look for pics.

no not lose yourself evryone knows that song the other song in the very beggining.oh yeah backflips are easier then frontflips you just have to overcome your fear um just backwards but i prefer front flips.try and learn wall spins they look really hard but there very easy and they look very impressive.

Sweden is a good place to PK
but MalmÃ¶ is kind of sucky on the beginning but when i got started real good its a paradise but theres sure better places haha :P

Parkour is life, and free running if a way for all you english folk to say parkour, cause almost none of you can say parkour. Now parkour is a way of life, and is not made to be told or sold. You can do whatever you want, as long as its the flowest that you possibly can. By the way flips are not considered parkour because they slow you down, unless diving head first off a high place. Oh and andy, doing a flip off a high building, onto another high building, is the same as doing it on the ground, except your 25 ft high, and is totally useless, unless trying to amaze the cops, that will arrest you after.

its lose your self by eminem james wow you really dont know anything and your scared of everything (flips) i learned a backflip off of a 25 ft high building on to another thats ten feet away from roof top to rooftop

er, wtf at everyone thinking parkour = free running. this is NOT the case, put some effort into your research and you’d find you’ve got no idea.

props to the actual traceurs who have tried to differentiate between the two here. however, there was one dude who posted “i am a traceur (freerunner)”.. i seriously hope people like you die.
