There are alot of Parkour (Freerunning)Videos on http://www.automation3d.com I started doing Parkour 5 months ago. But got no one to practice with. I was on Tae-Kwon-Do, so I can do all kinds of tricks. But where I live no one knows about the sport and some people think that is stupid when they watch the Internet Videos or when i tell them wat’s about.

Wow. Just when i thought i was getting good i see the huge amount of flow David Belle has and i think damn i gotta train harder. Apart from collage and my band parkour is my life I train almost everyday and love every second of it. Videos like this just inspire me even more. The best website to learn moves etc is http://www.pkvm.co.uk This is an excalent which covers upcoming clans and video as well as tutorials for lnading and certain tricks. The creator is the leader of my parkour clan but he is currently out of action due to a major knee injury, but dont worry the site will be updated regualry.

Hey Guys, I’m 17 and just found the sport Parkour. This stuff looks amazing, took my breath away. Watching people doing backflips off of buildings. Well, im gonna take it up now, need to learn the basics. Having trouble learning the land and roll, but i’m slowly getting there. I just hope i haven’t left it too late to still be able to do all the flips im seeing people do.

er, wtf at everyone thinking parkour = free running. this is NOT the case, put some effort into your research and you’d find you’ve got no idea.

Parkour is life, and free running if a way for all you english folk to say parkour, cause almost none of you can say parkour. Now parkour is a way of life, and is not made to be told or sold. You can do whatever you want, as long as its the flowest that you possibly can. By the way flips are not considered parkour because they slow you down, unless diving head first off a high place. Oh and andy, doing a flip off a high building, onto another high building, is the same as doing it on the ground, except your 25 ft high, and is totally useless, unless trying to amaze the cops, that will arrest you after.

Sweden is a good place to PK
but Malmö is kind of sucky on the beginning but when i got started real good its a paradise but theres sure better places haha :D:P

no not lose yourself evryone knows that song the other song in the very beggining.oh yeah backflips are easier then frontflips you just have to overcome your fear um just backwards but i prefer front flips.try and learn wall spins they look really hard but there very easy and they look very impressive.

I myself are a free runner I’ve been studying free running and have had One person interested in it and were both very good at it. my name is Paul aka free bird thats what people call me I am 13 years old. My friend that does free running with me his name is Devin he is 14 years old. I do encourage many to do free running and I want to thank David Belle for creating it he freakin awesome
Devin is very good at running up the wall and on the side of it. Im good at gap jumping and running on the side of the wall. Remeber are names Paul aka free bird
